How does addy work? Add a clock for something you're cutting out — vaping, sugar, coffee, alcohol, anything. addy counts every second since your last slip, remembers your longest-ever streak, and gives you a record to beat. Cross milestones to earn medals and level up.
Where is my data stored? Entirely on your device. There are no accounts and no servers.
How do I back up or move my data? Open the ⋯ menu and choose Export to save a backup file you control. Use Import on another device or after reinstalling.
I reset a clock by accident. Your previous streak is saved in that clock's history, and your personal best is never lost on a reset.
Will it remind me? Allow notifications when prompted and addy will nudge you at milestones and when you're about to beat your record.
addy is built to be completely private. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
If you use Export, addy creates a backup file and hands it to you (via the share sheet). Where that file goes is entirely your choice — addy never sends it anywhere on its own.
addy does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
